Role: Technical Project Lead – Volkswagen Front Camera

– Leading cross-functional team (~180 peoples) across SW, SYS, HW, EE, ME, Validation, and Manufacturing for L2+/ L3 ADAS front camera development on Volkswagen EV platforms.
– Serve as the main technical and customer interface, handling escalations, Product scope and delivery alignment, SW release planning, Problem resolution, and change request negotiations.
– Own project budget and resource planning, working with line management to adjust headcount and ensure optimal team capacity across all development phases.
– Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, functional safety (ISO 26262), UNECE regulations, and ASPICE standards, leading engineering gate reviews, DFMEA, SUP.7/8/9/10, and program risk assessments (MAN.5)
– Report program status to executive leadership, including VP-level stakeholders, ensuring visibility into technical progress, project risks, and alignment with corporate goals.
