Body Domain Controller System
Led application software development in this customer facing role of SW-TPL in a Volkswagen’s Body Control Module project. Delivering complex features such as Remote Engine Start, Mobile Device Key, and Child Presence Detection and managed a team of >40 people including developers, architect and test engineers.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Led multiple global Agile Scrum teams of 40+ developers, integrators, and architects to deliver high-quality automotive software, achieving ASPICE Level 2 and ASIL-D functional safety.
- Managed end-to-end software delivery (SWE.1–SWE.6) for the VW Group, ensuring full compliance and on-time milestones.
- Served as the primary software interface for VW, third-party suppliers, and interdisciplinary teams, resolving technical and commercial issues to align project scope.
- Aligned team workflows and resource planning with project milestones and customer delivery schedules.
- Facilitated Scrum ceremonies—including PI Planning, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups—to maintain agility and transparency.
- Represented the software discipline in program-level SAFe events (PIPE, Inspect & Adapt, ART sync) to ensure cross-team coordination.
- Participated in organizational Kaizen initiatives, continuously improving internal processes to boost efficiency and quality.
- Directed quoting and offer preparation for multiple European OEMs, aligning budgets, resources, and technical scope.
